Bai works across visual design and brand direction, focusing on creating clear and consistent brand experiences. Her approach combines strategy, design, and storytelling to help brands communicate with clarity across platforms.

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Visual Design and a Master's degree in Product & Service Design. Currently selected for a scholarship-supported exchange at Keio University Graduate School of Media Design (KMD) in Japan, where she studies within the Innovation Pipeline Program that connects design, technology, management, and policy.

In 2026, Bai will continue her design studies in Brussels, Belgium, expanding her practice through European design perspectives.
